We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced English-speaking Moderator to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussions and forums, ensuring that all content is relevant and appropriate. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate online discussions and forums to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Facilitate healthy discussions and encourage positive interactions within the community
- Identify potential issues or conflicts and take appropriate action to resolve them
- Collaborate with other team members to develop community engagement strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online moderation

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience as a Moderator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations
- Strong understanding of online communities, including social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with content moderation tools is a plus
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in France
