Are you a talented and experienced Preservation Architect looking for a new opportunity? Our company in Herzliya is seeking a skilled individual to join our team and help preserve the historical and cultural significance of our projects.

As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for conducting research, creating plans, and overseeing the restoration and conservation of historic buildings and structures. You will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that all preservation work is done in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research on historical buildings and structures
- Develop preservation plans that respect the integrity of the original design
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure proper execution of preservation work
- Monitor progress of preservation projects and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Prepare reports on project progress for clients or stakeholders
- Ensure that all preservation work meets local laws, building codes, and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all preservation projects
- Stay up-to-date on current preservation techniques and trends

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of historical architecture styles
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Herzliya

This position is open to Malayalees. English language proficiency is not required. This is a part-time job without accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.
