Hotel Sales Manager - Nairobi, Kenya (Malayalee Preferred)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Nairobi. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase hotel bookings. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other potential business partners.

Requirements:
- Proficient in Malayalam language (English proficiency preferred)
- Minimum salary of 1100$
- Previous experience in hotel sales or relevant field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitors
- Willingness to work on a contract basis with provided accommodation

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve target revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to increase business opportunities
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with potential clients
