Job Title: IT Support Technician



We are currently hiring for an IT Support Technician to join our growing team in Mauren. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining network systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients, both remotely and in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices
- Install and configure operating systems and software applications
- Monitor network systems for performance issues and troubleshoot as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Keep up-to-date with new technology trends and updates

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Knowledge of network systems including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 10 preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with clients of all technical levels
- A relevant degree or certification is a plus

Salary:
We are offering a salary of $1000 per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Mauren but there may be opportunities for remote work depending on the candidate's performance.
