Sales Manager - Alta, Norway
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or management is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn about our products/services and industry
- Must have own visa for working in Norway
