Truck Driver

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials from one location to another. Your main duties will include inspecting vehicles for mechanical issues, loading and unloading cargo, and keeping accurate records of deliveries.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a truck to transport goods and materials from one location to another
- Inspect vehicle before and after trips to ensure safety and report any mechanical issues
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
- Keep accurate records of all deliveries, including time, distance traveled, fuel consumption, etc.
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules
- Plan the most efficient routes to minimize travel time
- Conduct routine maintenance on the truck as needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- Follow safety protocols to ensure the safety of yourself, other drivers, pedestrians, and cargo

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Proven experience as a truck driver or similar role
- Excellent driving record with no traffic violations or accidents in the past 5 years
- Ability to drive long hours and travel long distances
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
- Familiarity with GPS devices and electronic logging systems
- Strong communication skills in English (Filipino language skills are an asset)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and endure long hours of sitting

Salary: $1100/month

Location: Dubai (candidates from the Philippines are preferred)
