We are seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of equipment, including but not limited to bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and backhoes. You will also be responsible for completing daily equipment inspections and reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Equipment Operator
- Proficient in operating various types of heavy equipment
- Familiar with safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to read and understand equipment manuals
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to instructions
- Perform daily inspections on equipment and report any issues or needed repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating equipment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Communicate clearly with team members regarding project goals, timelines, and any issues that arise
