Loader - Heavy Equipment Operator


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Loader - Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Sharjah. As a Loader, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and front-end loaders to load materials onto trucks or move them around construction sites. This position requires a physically fit individual with excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to work long hours in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment including loaders, bulldozers, and excavators
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or other vehicles
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate with site supervisors to coordinate loading activities
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a loader or in a similar role
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders, bulldozers, or excavators
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in heavy equipment operation from a recognized institution
- Experience working on construction sites
- Experience with different types of loaders (e.g. front-end loader, backhoe loader)
- Ability to read blueprints or schematics
