We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning commercial buildings and spaces, ensuring that they meet the functional and aesthetic needs of clients while adhering to all relevant building codes and regulations.

Your main duties will include conducting site visits, collaborating with clients to determine project requirements and objectives, creating detailed drawings and plans using specialized software, overseeing the construction process, and ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience working as an architect on commercial projects. You should also have strong design skills and knowledge of building codes and regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software is essential.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills are also crucial for this role as you will be working closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
