IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our growing team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure. This includes overseeing the implementation and maintenance of hardware, software, networks, and systems to ensure maximum efficiency and security.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute IT strategies to support business objectives
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all hardware and software systems
- Manage network security to protect against cyber threats
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Create and maintain documentation for all IT processes and procedures
- Develop disaster recovery plans in case of system failures or data breaches
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements within the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking, security protocols, database management, and cloud computing
- Experience with implementing and managing ERP systems is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Nationality: Indian (Preferable)
