Office Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Bansko. As our Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$, suitable for Indian nationals who do not require English proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or take messages
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Keep track of employee records, including attendance, vacations, and sick leave
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Ensure the office is clean and tidy at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Indian nationality preferred
- Comfortable with contract employment
