Job Title: Senior JAVA Developer

We are searching for a skilled Senior JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team in Akron. As a Senior JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions for our clients. Your strong understanding of Java programming language and experience with popular frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate will be crucial in this role. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test software applications using Java programming language
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues in existing codebase
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards
- Stay updated with new technologies and best practices in software development
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Java Developer
- Strong knowledge of Java programming language and its core concepts
- Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other popular Java frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred:
- Experience working on enterprise-level projects
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Knowledge of database design principles
- Excellent communication skills
