Senior Florist - Lisbon, Portugal


As a Senior Florist in our bustling flower shop in Lisbon, Portugal, you will be responsible for creating beautiful arrangements and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position, requiring previous experience in the floral industry. Accommodation will not be provided, but we are happy to provide visa sponsorship for candidates from all backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays and corporate events
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their floral needs
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise junior florists
- Keep the shop clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a florist
- Proficient in various floral design techniques and styles
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and plants
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Creative eye for design and attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.
