We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Svalbard. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing computer systems to meet the needs of our organization. You will be working closely with our IT department to ensure that our systems are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and analysis to determine the best information technology solutions for our organization
- Designing and developing new computer systems or modifying existing ones to improve efficiency
- Collaborating with other departments to understand their technology needs and providing recommendations
- Testing and evaluating new systems to ensure they meet technical requirements
- Identifying potential issues or areas of improvement in current systems and implementing solutions
- Providing technical support for various software applications, hardware, and network systems
- Documenting system designs, changes, and updates for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, networks, and databases
- Experience with system design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or C++
- Knowledge of project management principles is preferred
