Web Designer

A leading web design company in the US is seeking a talented and experienced Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a minimum of 2 years of experience in web design. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that the designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month, and we also offer free visa sponsorship and travel ticket for international candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Create website layouts and designs that align with our clients' brand identities and objectives
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented accurately
- Conduct user research to understand target audience needs and preferences
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design ideas to clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and design software/tools

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with responsive design principles
- Ability to translate client requirements into visually appealing designs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
