Waiter/Waitress


We are hiring a skilled and customer-oriented waiter/waitress to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide menu recommendations and take accurate orders
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and set properly for the next guests
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Process payments using POS system accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
