Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to join our team in Medina. This role is perfect for an Indian national who is looking for a part-time job with accommodation included. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work without prior experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication in a timely manner
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Coordinate meetings and events as needed
- Provide general support to other team members as required
Requirements:
- Indian national preferred with fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability for part-time hours (20 hours per week)
- Accommodation provided on-site
