We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, development, and construction of various architectural projects. This is a part-time position that does not require previous experience and offers a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects and other professionals to develop innovative designs that meet client needs and project requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess potential project limitations
- Prepare project estimates, costings, and timelines
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or related field is preferred but not required
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new techniques and technologies
