Senior Architect - Jerusalem, Pakistan or Philippines


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Jerusalem, Pakistan, or the Philippines. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet client requirements and adhere to all relevant codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Lead a team of architects and drafters in the development of project plans, designs, and specifications
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that it meets design specifications and quality standards
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on career development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven track record of successfully completing complex projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of local language is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team
