Warehouse Worker (Malayalee/Filipino) in Utena, Lithuania



As a Warehouse Worker at our company in Utena, Lithuania, you will be responsible for assisting with the receiving, storing, and distributing of goods and products within the warehouse. Your main duties will include loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and keeping accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments. This is a physically demanding role that requires you to be able to lift heavy objects and work in various temperatures.

To be successful in this position, you should have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You must also possess good communication skills as you will need to work closely with other warehouse staff and communicate effectively with truck drivers and delivery personnel. Prior experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required.

This is an entry-level position that does not require any previous work experience. We welcome applicants who are Malayalee or Filipino by nationality. We also offer accommodation for our employees if needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment
- Organize inventory in the warehouse according to established procedures
- Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Inspect goods for defects or damages before storing them
- Operate forklifts or other machinery as needed
- Communicate with truck drivers and delivery personnel regarding incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain a safe working environment by following safety procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) on a regular basis
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian language is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required
