Office Assistant in Eschen, Liechtenstein
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing and organizing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Keep track of employee attendance records and prepare monthly reports
- Handle data entry tasks, including updating databases and inputting information into spreadsheets
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.
- Ensure the office is clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar role preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help others when needed
- Fluency in English is preferred; knowledge of German is a plus
Salary: 1100$ per month
