Office Manager

We are in need of a reliable and efficient Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Svalbard. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in office management. The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining office supplies, managing schedules, and coordinating administrative tasks. They will also handle employee records, payroll, and assist with budgeting and financial reporting. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation is not provided, so the candidate should be able to arrange their own housing in Svalbard. If you are a detail-oriented individual with great multitasking abilities and a passion for maintaining an organized and efficient workplace, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity! Please note that preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Svalbard or have previous experience working in the region.
