Office Manager

We are in need of an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Svalbard. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, and we are open to applicants of any nationality. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring the smooth running of all administrative tasks. Your main duties will include managing schedules, organizing meetings and events, maintaining records, and overseeing office supplies and equipment. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in an office management role and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. We also require candidates to have a valid visa for working in Svalbard. Accommodation will not be provided, so we prefer candidates who are already based in the area or are willing to relocate at their own expense.
