We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Malindi. As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, and managing a team of staff. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Hire and train new employees, providing ongoing coaching and development to ensure a high-performing team.
- Create schedules for staff that meet business needs while maintaining a positive work-life balance for employees.
- Monitor and maintain food quality and presentation standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability without compromising on quality.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients at competitive prices.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, inventory, and employee performance.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar establishment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Indian languages is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Good understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
