Job Title: Contract Office Manager - Funchal, Portugal
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Office Manager to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$, suitable for all nationalities. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and supporting our team with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, maintaining office supplies, and organizing files.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors.
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees, managing payroll, and maintaining employee records.
- Keep track of office expenses and budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Manage office maintenance and liaise with building management when necessary.
- Support the team with any other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office management role is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of HR processes is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required, Portuguese language skills are a plus.
