Project Manager


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively plan, organize, and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee projects according to defined budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with team members to identify project goals, tasks, and resources
- Set project milestones and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks or obstacles and develop contingency plans
- Delegate tasks to team members based on skill sets and availability
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any issues or concerns
- Evaluate project performance and make necessary adjustments for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Ability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and quality control
- Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus
- Must be eligible to work in Os without sponsorship
