Industrial Architect



As an Industrial Architect in Monte-Carlo, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and construction teams to create functional and efficient spaces that meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your understanding of industrial processes to create designs that optimize efficiency and workflow.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with innovative solutions.
- Use your knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and materials to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems into your designs.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role.
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong understanding of industrial processes and building materials.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, engineers, and construction teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus).

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Monte-Carlo but candidates from other locations are also welcome to apply. However, preference will be given to candidates who hold a biometric passport for easy travel between countries.
