Junior Industrial Architect

As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will play a key role in the design and planning of industrial buildings and structures in Monte-Carlo. You will work closely with senior architects and engineers to create innovative and functional designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects and engineers to develop design concepts for industrial buildings and structures
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow architectural standards and guidelines
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes

Salary: $1100 per month (part-time)
Location: Monte-Carlo (accommodation provided if needed)
