Sales Associate - Retail (Malayalee Preferred)

We are a leading retail store in Al-Rayyan and we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (Malayalee preferred)
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist them with their shopping needs
- Recommend products based on customers' preferences and make suggestions for additional purchases
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and maintain visual presentation of the store
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets
