We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate English Tutor to join our team in Porto. This is a contract position with a starting salary of $1400 per month. As an Online English Tutor, you will have the opportunity to teach and interact with students from around the world.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct online lessons for students of various ages and levels
- Develop lesson plans and learning materials based on students' needs
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Collaborate with other tutors to share best practices and resources

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
