We are hiring a skilled Barista to join our team in Mombasa. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. Our ideal candidate is friendly, customer-oriented, and has strong knowledge of different coffee brewing methods.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Take orders and make recommendations based on customers' preferences
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to established recipes
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment
- Ensure the quality of drinks by following proper brewing techniques and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods (e.g. pour over, French press)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month along with tips from satisfied customers.
