Plasterboard Worker

Our construction company in Faisalabad is seeking a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and finishing plasterboard on walls, ceilings, and other structures. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas
- Install plasterboard using various tools, including screws, nails, and adhesives
- Tape joints and apply joint compound to seams for a smooth finish
- Sand down rough spots and apply additional coats of compound as needed
- Repair any damaged or uneven areas of existing plasterboard
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working on job sites

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, bending)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to read blueprints/drawings
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools used in the construction industry
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately

Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. We also offer visa sponsorship for non-local candidates, but accommodations are not provided.
