Job Title: Florist for High-End Events in Monte-Carlo


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Florist to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for high-end events, including weddings, parties, and corporate functions. Your exceptional design skills and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our events and leave a lasting impression on our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with event planners and clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Design and create unique floral arrangements that reflect the theme of the event
- Source high-quality flowers and materials within budget constraints
- Prepare and arrange flowers according to industry standards
- Set up and decorate event spaces with floral arrangements on the day of the event
- Ensure that all floral designs are delivered on time and in pristine condition
- Maintain inventory of supplies and manage stock levels
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests from clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist, preferably in high-end events or hospitality industry
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Demonstrated ability to create innovative designs that meet client expectations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors
- Proficient in basic floristry techniques such as wiring, taping, and flower care
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 pounds) as needed

Qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in floristry or related field preferred but not required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional Florist
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month, with potential for growth based on performance. Accommodation will also be provided for all nationalities.
