Concierge Assistant


As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at a luxury hotel in La-Condamine. You will assist the concierge team in meeting the needs and requests of guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable and stress-free stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with information about the hotel and its services
- Assist with guest check-in/check-out process, including luggage handling and escorting guests to their rooms
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner
- Recommend local attractions, restaurants, and activities to guests based on their preferences
- Arrange transportation services for guests as needed
- Coordinate reservations for dining, spa treatments, and other hotel amenities
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and events to provide accurate information to guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate as necessary
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary:
This is a seasonal job with a salary of 1700$ per month. We offer opportunities for growth within our company for top performers.

Location:
This position is located in La-Condamine. We are open to candidates of any nationality who have their own visa allowing them to work in the country.
