Entry-Level Construction Manager

Are you a motivated individual with a passion for construction? Do you have strong organizational and leadership skills? We are seeking an Entry-Level Construction Manager to join our team in Muharraq. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Procure necessary materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Supervise construction teams and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively and delegate tasks appropriately
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable)
