We are currently seeking an entry level Welder to join our team in Kaunas. As a Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and repairing metal parts by using various welding techniques. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$. We welcome candidates from Kenya who are fluent in English and have the necessary skills to excel in this role. This is a great opportunity for students or those without prior experience to gain hands-on experience in the field of welding. We also offer a free visa and ticket for selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments together
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet required specifications
- Repair damaged metal structures through welding techniques
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Completion of a welding apprenticeship program or equivalent training preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
