Guest Services Concierge in Atlanta

We are hiring a Guest Services Concierge to join our team in Atlanta! As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and their stay is enjoyable. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or activities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests (ex. housekeeping, room service)
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services and amenities to effectively assist guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction by following up on requests and addressing any issues that may arise during their stay

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift/carry up to 25 pounds
