Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager for our company in Svalbard, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, as well as building and maintaining relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales management role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of sales techniques and tools
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure they meet their targets
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, market trends, and competition analysis for senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and product development to develop cross-functional initiatives that support the overall company goals
