Sales Manager (Svalbard)
Our company is a leading international sales organization, looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Svalbard. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client base in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through networking and cold calling
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and propose solutions to meet their goals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Train and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
