Job Title: Loader Supervisor

As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods at our warehouse in Bayan. Your main duties will include supervising a team of loaders, ensuring that all safety procedures are followed, and maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.

In this role, you will need to have previous experience as a loader or in a supervisory position within a warehouse setting. You should be able to communicate effectively in English and have a good understanding of basic math skills for record-keeping purposes.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all goods are loaded and unloaded efficiently and safely, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods. You will also be responsible for training new loaders and providing ongoing support and guidance to your team.

The ideal candidate for this position should have strong leadership skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and excellent problem-solving abilities. You must also have a keen eye for detail to ensure that all shipments are properly documented and accounted for.
