Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Acre. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, as well as preparing maps and reports based on your findings. Your role will also involve working with engineers, architects, and other professionals to assist in the planning and development of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Record accurate measurements and collect data on features of land such as elevations, angles, and distances
- Analyze data and prepare detailed maps, charts, and reports using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure that survey work meets project requirements
- Verify the accuracy of survey data through field checks and calculations
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations when determining property boundaries
- Maintain survey equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a land surveyor
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and procedures
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with relevant laws, codes, and regulations

Salary: 1600$ per month
