Indian Chef - Sheduva, Lithuania

We are seeking a skilled Indian Chef to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. Your main duties will include planning menus, maintaining food quality standards, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring timely food delivery.

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for Indian cuisine and a strong knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience as an Indian Chef and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Indian Chef
- Knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
- Must be authorized to work in Lithuania

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare authentic Indian dishes according to menu specifications
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in accordance with established standards
- Monitor food quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistency
- Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks accordingly
- Train new kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Maintain inventory levels of kitchen supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
