Restaurant Manager - Malayalee preferred (Riyadh)


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Riyadh. As a Malayalee preferred establishment, we are seeking a candidate who is fluent in Malayalam and familiar with the culture and cuisine of Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring quality of service and food, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Create and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, increase sales, and improve overall profitability
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and maintain accurate records of expenses
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and menu offerings
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or specials

Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam is required; knowledge of other South Indian languages is an asset
- Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, food safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
Salary for this position is 900$ per month.

Location:
This full-time job will be located in Riyadh. Accommodation will not be provided.
