Radio Technician

The radio technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment for a broadcasting company located in Nizwa. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of radio technology, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month. Free visa and ticket will be provided for the selected candidate. This is an urgent job opportunity with preference given to Indian applicants who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain radio equipment including transmitters, receivers, and antennas
- Troubleshoot and repair any technical issues with radio equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot complex issues
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in radio technology and make recommendations for upgrades if necessary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a radio technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of radio technology and equipment
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
