Industrial Engineer

As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and improving manufacturing processes in our company's production facilities. You will use your knowledge of engineering principles, production processes and efficiency improvement techniques to optimize the production flow and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing existing production processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Designing new production processes and layouts to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Implementing new processes and monitoring their effectiveness
- Conducting time studies to determine standard times for each task
- Developing work instructions and training materials for operators
- Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall production performance
- Utilizing lean manufacturing principles to eliminate non-value added activities
- Managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, production processes, and efficiency improvement techniques
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
- Experience with AutoCAD or other computer aided design software
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Salary: $1400/month

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Preference: Nepali candidates preferred
