Waiter/Waitress

We are hiring a skilled and friendly waiter/waitress to join our busy restaurant team in Sheduva. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and present menus
- Take and serve food and drink orders
- Answer questions about menu items
- Check for quality and accuracy of orders
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Upsell additional items when appropriate
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Handle complaints or concerns with professionalism and patience
- Process payments using POS system
- Maintain clean and organized dining area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry heavy trays or plates
- Filipino nationality preferred but not required

Salary: $1700/month
