Office Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise administrative staff
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Develop and maintain office policies and procedures
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs
- Schedule meetings and appointments for company executives
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment and onboarding processes
- Conduct performance evaluations for administrative staff
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in administration or office management role preferred
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
