Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in La Condamine. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services to potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to develop sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to them through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with other hotel departments such as marketing, operations, and events to ensure smooth execution of sales activities
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel's services
- Monitor competitor activities and make recommendations for improvements in sales strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market research techniques and tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends if required

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: La Condamine

Preference will be given to candidates who already hold a valid visa for working in La Condamine. We strongly encourage applications from women.
