Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel's various services and amenities. Your primary goal will be to attract new customers and retain existing ones through targeted sales strategies and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions for guests
- Manage the hotel's presence on online travel websites and social media platforms
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual goals
- Monitor performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, average daily rate, and revenue per available room (RevPAR)
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including contracts, invoices, and client communications
- Attend networking events and trade shows to promote the hotel's services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
