Courier Supervisor - Monte Carlo, Monaco



As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our courier team in Monte Carlo. Your main duties will include managing a team of couriers, organizing delivery routes, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to our clients.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in courier services
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in using navigation apps and devices
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Fluency in English (French or Italian is a plus)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Monaco

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of couriers, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Plan and assign delivery routes based on package volume and time constraints
- Monitor courier progress and address any delays or issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Communicate with clients regarding any delivery concerns or special instructions
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, expenses, and vehicle maintenance
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1200 per month.

This position is based in Monte Carlo, Monaco.
